Position Summary / 职位概况

The Senior mechanical Design Engineer as part of a product development team is generating mechanical design deliverables based on system specifications and module specifications for mechanical instruments in the fields of Industrial metrology devices.

隶属于产品开发团队的机械工程师需要基于产品的系统级设计规格和模块级设计规格进行设计开发工作，完成设计相关输出交付物。设计对象主要是用于工业测量设备领域的机械结构和零部件。

Main Tasks / 主要任务

1.    Work effectively as a dedicated team member in a joint development team including overseas engineers to develop new products for China, European or US markets.
作为包括国外工程师在内的开发团队的一员，参与面向中国及海外市场的新产品开发工作。
2.    Working together with a product manager and a system laboratory engineer, lead product specifications define and translate market requirements into technical design inputs for systems and modules
跟产品经理和系统测试工程师协作，主导产品任务书的定义，把市场需求转换成系统和模块设计输入
3.    Lead the development of product concepts and detail design. Design for functional, material, economic aspects, ease of manufacture and service.
主导概念设计，详细设计。设计方案同时还需兼顾功能，材料，经济性，生产制造性和售后服务。
4.    Research on key technologies and  modules by simulation and calculation, evaluate,  select, optimize design elements
通过仿真和计算对关键技术、模块进行研究、评估、选择或优化设计单元
5.    Lead design reviews, including product specification compliance, technical solution and feasibility in function, cost, manufacture, assembly, technical risk and maturity 
主导评审设计评审。包技术规格符合性， 技术方案和功能、成本、可制造性、可装配行的可行性分析，以及技术风险和成熟度
6.    Generate mechanical design documents and technical drawings for new products.
完成新产品的机械设计文档和技术图纸。
7.    Participate in creating design verification plans, function tests, prototype assembly, verification tests, troubleshooting, engineering support.
参与制定设计验证计划、功能测试、试制样机的装配、验证测试和问题诊断分析及生产支持。
8.    Other duties, as assigned.
被安排的其他工作。
 

Education / 教育背景

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years working experience in Mechanical Design, preferably in the field of measuring devices. PhD Degree is preferred and 3 years’ working experience in Mechanical Design is recommended.

机械相关行业硕士，5年以上机械设计经验，有测量设备设计经验者优先。博士学历优先，同时可以放宽工作经验要求至3年。

Experience /经验
    Proficient in mechanical design (3D modelling and 2D drafting) with Creo. Experience with PLM software (preferably SAP).
精通Creo进行3D建模及2D出图，有使用产品生命周期管理工具的经验（SAP经验优先）
    Rich experience in new product development projects and design tools. 
有丰富新产品开发项目及研发工具使用经验。
    Experience in simulation and verification.
有仿真及验证的经验。
    Experience in designing different kinds of parts, such as: Machined (multiple axis CNC, multiple axis lathe) parts, die cast parts, injection molded and plastic parts, sheet metal parts. 
对于不同加工方式的零件有设计经验，例如，机加工（多轴CNC，多轴车削）零件、压铸件、塑料模具件、钣金件。
    Familiar with design for thermal and mechanical (statics, dynamics) design.
熟悉热学和力学设计（静力学、动力学）。
    Solid understands of geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (ISO-standards) and how to inspect tolerances. Experience in tolerance budgets and analysis.
理解形位公差和尺寸公差标注，懂得公差检查。有公差链分析经验。
    Familiar with production equipment (e.g., tools, fixtures) and testing instruments. 
熟悉生产制造装备和测试设备。
