JOB DESCRIPTION:
I. Job Discription:
- Planning & developing Customer Marketing activities in the assigned area.
- Managing and supervising group leaders (UTM, Sup CAT, Sup TCT…) to achieve target assigned by the Customer Marketing Department
- Managing & training Customer Marketing Team, support the Sales Team to create demand and develop market in assigned area.
- Developing opportunities MKT in the research, analyzing sales data and market.
- Planning, developing and reviewing Promotion Program, Display Program and activities.
- Developing & implementing the branding campaign through the organization of the event.
- Building relationship with customers, exploring the needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Handling issues relating to Sales Operation in the region within the given authority
- Accept and implement extra assignment related to the common goal of the Company
II. Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree
- Manage 4-5 District Trade Manager, 100-120 CLPs
- Minimum 5 years related experience in Trade Marketing/Milk Industry/FMCG business
- At least 2-year experience at Manager level with significant achievements in managing a large area and a team of 20 staffs
- Good record in previous company
- Skills: Organization and planning, Customer service, Problem solving, Analytical
