You deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insight with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
• Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).
• Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

• Post-secondary education at College or University or equivalent experience, in a related subject
• Relevant experience in IT and sales
• Knowledge of sales processes and systems
• Facilitation skills to demonstrate use and functionality of sales systems
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
• Experience developing reports in Power BI.
• If you have experience from the Retail Business, particularly FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods), it would be an advantage
• Very good administrative ability, attention to detail and enjoy working with numbers
• You organise your work effectively, and see possibilities to optimize
• You demonstrate independence, engagement and flexibility in your work, and are adaptable to changing priorities and demands.
• Contribute effectively as a team member and foster a positive team environment.
• You are dedicated to providing exceptional service and approach challenges with a positive attitude.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

What you need to know about this position:

In this role you will be part of the team that provides analyses, reports, developments, training and system support to the Swedish Sales Organization. You will be a key player in maintaining and developing Power BI reports for the Swedish Sales Team, and be a key part in projects regarding Sales system developments.
