Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and executing data migration strategies within enterprise systems.
- Ability to manage and optimize data conversion processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
