What You’ll do 

• Full Stack Development:  Design and develop responsive web applications using React.js for GBT mid and back office operations

• Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot • Implement user-friendly interfaces for invoice management ,  and operational dashboards

• Develop and maintain microservices architecture for scalable travel management solutions • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party travel APIs

• Database & Cloud Development:  Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries for travel data management

• Implement data access layers and ORM solutions for efficient data operations

• Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)

• Build and deploy applications on AWS infrastructure with focus on scalability and performance

• Implement caching strategies and performance optimization techniques

• Application Support & Maintenance:  Provide application support for production systems and resolve technical issues

• Solve and debug both frontend and backend components

• Monitor application performance and implement improvements

• Support deployment processes and coordinate releases

• Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support

• Collaboration & Quality: Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces

• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts on feature requirements

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards

• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality

• Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation

What We're looking for

• Bachelor degree in Technology with minimum 5 years of full stack development experience with Java and modern frontend frameworks

• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA)

• Extensive experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and modern React patterns

• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch)

• Confirmed experience in application support and production solving

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web design

• Experience with RESTful API design and development • Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows

• Experience in travel industry, TMC operations, or expense management systems

• Knowledge of additional AWS services (ECS, EKS, CloudFormation, CodePipeline)

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand)

• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, yarn)

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, Mockito)

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK stack)

• Knowledge of security guidelines and authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)

• Technical Environment: Backend: Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Material-UI/Ant Design

• Database: PostgreSQL, Redis • Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway)

• Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Jenkins/GitLab CI • Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, JUnit, Postman

• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work on complex technical challenges

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multi-functional teams

• User-centric approach with focus on delivering exceptional user experiences

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Continuous learning attitude and adaptability to new technologies

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality

• Must be willing and able to work in 2nd shifts (3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST) and occasional weekends as required.

• Must be willing to work from Bangalore office location minimum 3 days in a week.
