Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the direct driver management and supervision of midsize driver count, ensuring safe and timely service movement of freight, load assignment and providing best in class customer service. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and responsible for all drivers compliance and company regulations while working with internal and external contacts to ensure the accurate planning, routing, monitoring, and delivery of freight and loads. Incumbent The transportation manager must be able to work any shift to satisfy the demand for flexibility in scheduling to ensure operational success. This includes, but is not limited to, day shifts, night shifts, weekend shifts, and ensuring that coverage is accounted for.Job Description:

The expected starting pay range for this position is between $51,200.00 - $76,800.00.
This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
