Job Summary:

CourtView Justice Solutions, (Equivant Court), a leader in the Court Case Management Solutions industry, is looking for an experienced Sales professional with applied knowledge in public sector sales as well as value-based subscription sales to work business development opportunities in a regional territory. The Sr. Sales Executive reports to our Director of Sales and is responsible for pipeline development and generating revenue while showcasing our products and working with the Sales Team to meet our annual sales goals. Immediate commission opportunities exist within the assigned regional territory.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform sales development tasks including both product demonstrations and ongoing lead nurturing.

  • Provide subject matter expertise to Marketing resources for proper messaging and insight.

  • Represent the business and its vision/mission in a professional manner to the industry and the marketplace via:

    • national level association conference attendance and participation

    • relationship management, nurturing

  • Achieve annual individual sales quotas for both new name and back-to-base sales.

  • Collect and analyze customer needs and requirements in order to craft the best fit solution from our product lines.

  • Create and manage sales quotes within our Salesforce system, following company defined pricing and best practices.

  • Oversee individual sales pipeline, focusing on lead conversion to reach pipeline goals.

  • Participate in the RFP bid process as assigned by the Director of Business Development.

  • Assist the Proposal Team in the process of determining the win themes for each proposal in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within the justice industry (desirable, not mandatory)

  • Comfortable leading conversations to build and nurture strong relationships

  • Experience with a CRM for data management purposes

  • Superior communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Presentation skills that will allow for smooth product demonstrations, either face to face or using a remote platform

  • Strong self-motivation and attention to detail with an ability to prioritize competing tasks

  • Desire to grow professionally in the area of Sales

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
