Your New Role… 

Manager FP&A, Content Investment - US Intercompany, will support the Director Content Decisioning & US Intercompany in operationalizing broader intercompany content strategy and approach, as well as supporting the US content community directly with evolution of specific local policy, guidance and operational support. 

Your Role Accountabilities… 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, to interact effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel and external business partners.  

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial data analysis tools and techniques. Demonstrated experience in financial modellingKnowledge of content performance KPIs will be a plus. 

  • Ability to build confidence and trust with stakeholders across different teams, BUs and geographies. 

  • Ability to balance and represent both quantitative and qualitative considerations. 

  • Be able to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data. 

  • Critical thinker and strong problem solver with excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to frame issues and articulate complex findings and suggest actionable solutions.  

  • Motivated by challenging, high-energy environment. Motivated by challenging, dynamic environment. Accountable and able to work independently as well as part of a team, proactively and reactively to solve unexpected issues. 

  • Strong organizational skills, Proactive, autonomous, very detailed oriented, and deadline driven.  

 

Qualifications & Experience… 

  • 5+ years in financial planning and analysis, strategy or commercial discipline, or other relevant discipline. Experience in Entertainment industry is preferred, with experience in a studios or sales environment considered a plus. 

  • Experience working to build and support new processes considered a plus. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or industry related professions is required. Masters, MBA or other post graduate studies preferred. 

  • Experience working accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data under strict deadlines. 

  • Strong working knowledge of financial software packages and Microsoft Office suite. SAP and Hyperion SmartView tools knowledge is preferred.  

  • Experience with data visualization (i.e. Power BI/Tableau) is considered a plus. 

  • Experience working in Shared Business Services will be considered a plus.
