Marketing Intern – Client and Advocacy Marketing
Location: Hybrid
Intapp is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Intern to support our client and advocacy marketing efforts. This role focuses on assisting with amplifying client success stories and driving engagement through storytelling and advocacy campaigns. This role will also support our client focused programs, including the Ambassador and Advisory board programs.
This intern will have chance to develop or further develop communication, collaboration, multi-tasking and prioritization skills. They will gain an understanding of how a highly matrixed vertical SAAS company and growing public company operates.
What You’ll Contribute:
Assist with the creation, organization and tracking of client marketing assets, including case studies and testimonials.
Support the advisory board program via asset creation, member list creation and maintenance, tracking and reporting.
Help develop and deploy client communication assets and campaigns.
Assist with the planning, promotion, and coordination of client-focused events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, social media managers, and others to design and manage content that supports client marketing efforts.
Support tracking, measurement and reporting of client and advocacy marketing campaigns and events to ensure alignment with goals and optimize future initiatives.
What You’ll Need:
Passion for marketing, storytelling, and building relationships.
Experience or interest in event planning and/or meeting coordination.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Interest in client-focused marketing, SaaS (Software as a Service), and financial and professional services industries.
Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for creating impactful client experiences.

What to Expect:
Our Summer 2025 Internship Program begins June 2, 2025, and is projected to end between August 8th and 22nd, 2025.
Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.
Our internship is hybrid, and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities.
