The Role
Fig is looking for an Outbound Customer Experience Specialist to help us grow our business while supporting and educating our customers on their financial journey. Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, this role is crucial in fostering strong, lasting relationships with our applicants, ensuring they feel confident and informed as they transition into satisfied borrowers.
As an Outbound Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential borrowers, playing a pivotal role in guiding them through the application process, addressing their concerns, and ultimately helping them convert into borrowers. Your contributions will directly impact our customers' experience and Fig’s conversion goals.
