P&G is seeking for an enthusiastic IT Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team!

As IT Sales Operations Specialist, you will build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships across teams while ensuring the seamless execution of various sales and IT processes.

Your Team

You will be in close collaborations with a team of highly energetic, driven and goal-oriented professionals. The culture is nurturing, and you will receive coaching to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Support the Sales and IT team as needed to deliver business results such as through data collection, cleaning and by maintaining master data accuracy and timeliness in reporting and operations.
  • Perform first-level resolution of incidents and conduct root cause analysis, assigning tickets to the appropriate solution teams.
  • Lead end-to-end Quarterly Initiative Planning & Execution in collaboration with the Sales team, Market Strategy and Planning, as well as own Quarterly Business Planning (event/agenda planning, agency engagement, workshop)
  • Handle error monitoring and management, including generating error reports and preparing scorecards across IT systems.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree and Diploma holders are welcomed to apply
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Clear ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Keen to learn technology for automation and analysis
  • Demonstrated operational discipline and having Power BI experience will be an added advantage
