Join a team where your financial insight directly shapes strategic decisions at the highest levels of the organization. As part of the Travel Solutions Agency Finance Group, you’ll play a central role in driving commercial success through thoughtful analysis, sound judgment, and cross-functional collaboration.

This position offers exceptional exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a tangible impact as the company evolves and adapts to a changing business landscape. You’ll have the platform to learn, lead, and grow — while helping steer the business toward stronger, smarter performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with regional teams in EMEA to model and evaluate complex commercial deals, balancing risk and opportunity.
  • Develop clear, high-quality reporting that highlights deal performance, profitability, and key business trends.
  • Manage multiple high-value deals, ensuring timely analysis, approvals, and alignment with executive expectations.
  • Collaborate globally with Sales Operations, Contracts, and Finance teams to standardize best practices and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities within commercial finance, aligning with FP&A to ensure data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Advance sales systems and reporting tools to enhance visibility and enable better decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance preferred) with a strong foundation in financial analysis, modelling, and business acumen.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH); experience with Business Objects, SAP, or SQL is an advantage.
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of sales cycles, pricing strategies, and value drivers.
  • A clear communicator — able to distill complex data into concise insights for executive audiences.
  • Confident in balancing independent judgment with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented, with a track record of delivering under pressure.
  • Naturally curious, adaptable, and eager to understand both the financial and operational sides of the business.
  • Experience in travel, technology, or aviation industries is a plus, but a strong aptitude for learning and problem-solving is equally valued.

Why This Role Matters

This is a high-impact role with visibility to senior leadership and the chance to influence strategic and commercial direction. You’ll work closely with leaders across multiple functions, developing a deep understanding of the business while helping to drive performance in a competitive market.

If you’re looking for a position where your analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and initiative will be seen and valued, this is an opportunity to stand out — and to grow alongside the business as it charts its next chapter of success.
