Better and fairer care.  Always.

For more than 175 years, St Vincent’s Care Services has been a leading Catholic provider of aged care services in Australia and the legacy of compassion, justice, integrity and excellence entrusted to us by the Sisters of Charity and their Founder Mary Aikenhead continues to inspire our work today.

You will be joining St Vincent’s as we launch our exciting new vision Bringing Care Home, which will take the best of St Vincent’s care beyond our hospitals and aged care homes directly into the homes of our communities across the country, making care more personal and accessible. Bringing Care Home is more than a strategy. It’s how we’ll deliver care that is better, fairer, and more connected – for everyone we serve.

With a background of consistently demonstrating alignment with compliance leadership direction, reporting directly to the Corporate Compliance & Reporting Manager, you will step into a pivotal role as Compliance Officer, providing essential administrative and clerical support to our dedicated Compliance Team. In this engaging role, you will enter, update, and maintain crucial compliance records and staff information within our systems. With a sharp eye for detail, you will help organise files, documents, and compliance registers while performing routine checks and updates under the expert guidance and direction of your Manager.

You will also have the opportunity to showcase your coordination skills by preparing compliance applications in a timely manner and playing a key part in collecting essential information for audits or compliance reviews. Most importantly, you will help us champion a rights-based approach to care; ensuring the dignity of our ageing Australians remains at the forefront of everything we do while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in any of our Group Head Offices in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne on a hybrid working arrangement.
