Team Lead – Mexico Settlement OperationsKey Responsibilities
In collaboration with US Leadership facilitate weekly meetings with team members and U.S. leaders.
Identify, address, or escalate operational blockers impacting team performance.
Support onboarding and integration of new employees.
Reinforce operational standards, policies, and best practices.
Promote teamwork, engagement, and professional development.
Serve as a resource and mentor for team members
Provide on-time reporting to assigned clients (daily, weekly, monthly, adhoc)
Responsible for the daily QML & Apex Files
Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement
Perform data entry and database management duties as needed to maintain the accuracy of client campaigns and related reporting
Take the lead on communications with the client related to Settlement
Provide additional support to assigned accounts as requested
Research inconsistencies or client questions related to Settlement (reporting, offer entry, barcode validation, validation & verification)
Assign cases from the Salesforce Que
Process optimization requests from clients
Perform special projects as required to maintain assigned accounts (for example: Data collection projects, research projects)
Responsible for updating the Counterfeit Notification Distribution Lists
