Technical Product Manager – cum – Product Owner Experience: 8+ years Responsibilities • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for the observability platform • Gather requirements from stakeholders (DevOps, SREs, developers) • Translate business needs into technical features and user stories • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver features • Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide iterations Skills & Experience • 8+ years in product management, preferably in DevOps or observability tools • (Strong understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, and cloud-native environments (AND/OR) Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, n8n). Exposure to SAP, BI tools, or LLM-based features. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms • Understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and DevSecOps practices. ________________________________________ Summary: As a Product Owner, you will drive the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align stakeholders. - Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software Product Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of user experience design principles. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Software Product Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
