State Street Alpha Cash Product Optimization (CPO) is seeking a versatile individual with strong product and business analysis capabilities to support Cash Hub and its ecosystem. The successful candidate should be able to analyze and refine business requirements, translate them into product-aligned solutions, and validate end-to-end workflows. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across business, implementation, and technology teams are essential.
Why this role is important to us
This role sits within the Alpha Cash Product organization, supporting a global platform connecting front, middle, and back office capabilities. CPO ensures business requirements are translated into solution-ready product capabilities and aligned with product standards, improving scalability, consistency, and client onboarding efficiency.
What you will be responsible for
• Analyze and refine requirements from Implementation and BAU teams
• Translate business requirements into clear product use cases, solution design, and documentation
• Perform pre-validation and filtering of incoming requests to ensure readiness
• Define and document solution approach, including mappings, rules, and integration flows
• Validate end-to-end workflows across Cash Hub, Tier, and downstream systems
• Develop Support Guides and Validation Guides for product scenarios
• Provide demos, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer to downstream teams
• Ensure governance processes are followed for requirement intake and change approval
What we value
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in financial services (cash, product, or implementation)
• Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Hands on experience with trading and accounting systems including upstream and downstream applications is preferred.
•Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
•Strong English Communication skill, written and oral
•Strong SQL knowledge is preferred
Additional requirements
• Flexibility to support global stakeholders, including evening calls with US teams
• Ability to provide occasional support during weekends aligned with product release activities
