  • As a Service Engineer you will be responsible for maintaining Trend Micro’s products and their high quality throughout the SaaS release cycle, and owning enhancement task(s) to make the product better.

  • Together with Technical Support Team(DPE/CSM) you will directly contact to our major customers in Europe and you are expected to provide quality solutions and customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze, isolate and resolve problems within complex enterprise network environments using strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge and solid experience.

  • Working with the Global Team to resolve product issues, provide solutions and carry out product enhancement.

  • Leverage AI along with advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills to provide timely and accurate resolutions for reported bugs.

  • Demonstrate outstanding performance by either working independently or leading a mission team. A mission team can be cross-functional so the ability to deal with stress and deal with problems under complex situations is critical.
