岗位职责
主要职能包括以下内容，但不限于此：
岗位要求
1.正直，良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神。
2.中专及以上学历, 机械专业。能读懂机械图纸, 了解一般的技术要求, 如公差配合等。
3.具备良好的安全和质量意识, 严格按规定和流程操作；具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念；具备简单日常英语阅读能力, 了解简单的英语装配术语。
4.具备简单的计算机操作能力；具备至少1年的装配经验。
5.取得一个工作区域内至少三分之二工位的工作资格认定，其中至少有一个为关键岗位。需要至少在最近一个年度取得有价值的工作表现。
