• <point>You have proven experience in team and stakeholder management within a tech environment with prior experience in people management for at least 2 years.</point>

• <point>You have backend development experience, preferably in a product based Company.</point>
• <point>You can motivate, inspire, and attract top talent while fostering a high-performing engineering culture.</point>
• <point>You lead initiatives end-to-end, driving execution even through the toughest challenges.</point>
