This role will be critical in supporting the build of strong effective Global Rewards processes such as Salary Review, Promotions, Performance etc. The role is part of our global rewards team that together with the regional rewards consultants drive and define the Rewards Agenda in Novonesis

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • The Global Process Owner for Rewards will be responsible for driving and improving the global rewards processes across the organization according the the annual reward wheel, and ad-hoc processes.
  • This role creates and own global rewards process frameworks that are applicable in each Region, ensure Regional Rewards specialists are on-boarded to the frameworks, compliant with relevant regulations and meets the need of the Novonesis workforce.
  • This role will collaborate closely with P&O, Finance, and managers to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of reward-related processes. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive standardized global reward processes to ensure consistent application of rewards processes across all regions. It includes performance management, promotion process, global annual salary review, incentives management. The Global Process owner will ensure that processes are designed to be global applicable and digitally supported, with strong global training material, and follow up on effectiveness.
  • Participate in Reward projects - Projects assigned are complex with multiple stakeholders and impacts across multiple functions
  • Stay informed of industry trends, benchmark best practices, and introduce solutions to improve
  • Provide consulting to P&O & Managers on rewards matters

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work and partner with Global Rewards, Regional Reward partners,Finance, and P&O to ensure seamless execution of rewards processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Information Systems team(HRIS) teams to ensure that rewards processes are supported by and integrated in Workday
  • Provide training and guidance to P&O/HRBP and managers

Compliance and reporting

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and conduct data analysis in collaboration with People analytics team to evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and prepare reports for management.
  • In collaboration with regional rewards and Regional P&O ensure all rewards processes are compliant with global and local laws, including tax regulations, labor laws

To succeed you must hold:

Knowledge: Experienced with focus on Reward - Experience managing global rewards programs is preferred

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in HR systems (Workday) and Excel. Fluent in English.
