The Activation Product Team is a critical component of our Media OS Product Organization at IQVIA Digital. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers, client services, and sales teams to design and deliver cross-channel media buying and analytics solutions tailored for healthcare marketers.

 

This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a standalone SaaS product, while also leading integrations with third-party marketing services. As part of a dynamic and rapidly growing team managing a portfolio that drives nine-figure marketing investments, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare marketing technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact‑finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and requirements
  • Manages sprint backlog, including planning, prioritization, grooming, and readiness
  • Works collaboratively with users, designers, and engineers to understand requirements, solution features, and slice work into vertical stories
  • Ensures stories collectively result in usable software that meets user needs
  • Performs portions of reports and data analysis based on understanding of the function’s business context, requiring general domain knowledge and developing business experience
  • Evaluates and prioritizes scope trade-offs as new work emerges
  • Reviews development work for quality and completeness
  • Facilitates effective defect management
  • Communicates status and manages stakeholder expectations when required
  • Contributes to product discovery work

Requirements:

  • Typically requires 2–3 years of prior relevant experience (product ownership, with a focus on ad tech or healthcare marketing software preferred)
  • Familiarity with healthcare marketing ecosystem
  • Experience with ad tech tools, programmatic buying platforms, and media analytics is beneficial.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements for engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $67,600.00 - $169,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
