<title>About the role</title>

As an Intellectual Property Counsel, you will act as the primary advisor on all IP matters at Bolt. You will take ownership of Bolt’s global IP portfolio across 40+ markets, ensuring our brand, technology, and innovations are protected and support business growth. You’ll work at the intersection of legal, product, and strategy, partnering closely with teams across the business

• <point>Act as the primary legal advisor on all IP matters across Bolt, supporting business strategy, product development, and legal compliance.</point>
• <point>Develop and implement Bolt’s IP strategy aligned with commercial, product, and expansion objectives.</point>
• <point>Manage and develop the global IP portfolio, including trademarks, domains, copyrights, and trade secrets.</point>
• <point>Lead and coordinate global IP filings, renewals, oppositions, and enforcement actions with external counsel.</point>
• <point>Draft, review, and negotiate IP-related provisions across commercial, technology, supplier, and partnership agreements.</point>
• <point>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide proactive IP advice, identify risks and opportunities, and support scalable frameworks, policies, and governance.</point>

• <point>You have proven experience in intellectual property law within international environments.</point>
• <point>You have experience managing trademark portfolios and IP disputes.</point>
• <point>You bring strong commercial judgement and can balance legal risk with business needs.</point>
• <point>You are confident working cross-functionally and communicate effectively.</point>
• <point>You are fluent in English and take a proactive, solution-oriented approach.</point>
