JOB TITLE:  Senior Analyst-Document Review Services                 

REPORTS TO:  Manager-Document Review Services         

SUMMARY

The Senior Document Review Analyst is responsible for assisting the Principal Consultant-Document Review from project start to completion. The Reviewer will work very closely with the review team to ensure the delivery of all work products within established timeframes, budget estimates, and standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for conducting Quality Control (QC) checks and QC management on the projects assigned.
  • Escalating any issues in the review or QC to the Review Manager accordingly.
  • Serves as a mentor to Review Associates in terms of planning or queries related to documents or projects.
  • Responsible for review of documents and coordinating with the team for alignment.
  • Reviewing the qualification documents offered by the client and ensuring the same is in line with the agreed quality terms and project-specific protocols.
  • Performing quality checks on the review and extractions.
  • Responsible for providing feedback to the teams based on the quality checks performed
  • Responsible for review of executed documents aligned with qualification protocols and closeout of qualification protocols.
  • Responsible for coordination and keeping track of all project activities and providing guidance for completion.
  • Coordination / interactions with Consultants / Vendors.
  • Prioritizing the work, managing multiple tasks, the delegation of works and deliverables timely.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing and working with people in a team environment.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in participating in and managing a wide variety of document review projects.
  • Experience handling multiple cases.
  • Strong technical/interpretational and communication skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years experience with document review applications.
  • Minimum 5 years experience reviewing documents in document-intensive cases.
  • Experience in the data breach of PII/PHI review projects is preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • No physical exertion is required.
