Our deep curiosity to learn and our eagerness to share diverse passions with others gives us balance and injects a one-of-a-kind vibrancy into our culture.

If you are driven to solve exhilarating challenges and have a bias toward action in the face of change, you will be empowered to make a real impact here, with a sharp and passionate team at your back. If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.

The Activation & Engagement (A&E) team in Partnerships is responsible for both the initial activation of a services partner and ongoing communications and support throughout their Braze partner lifecycle. The activation of a partner refers to the measurable outcomes in relation to training (e.g. certifications) and commercial pipeline (sourced/influenced pipeline) to signal a partner is educated and able to both bring Braze business and then support a customer through services around the Braze platform. Ongoing engagement refers to continuous product, service, and support communications to ensure a partner remains of high quality. The team is responsible for the activation and engagement of all partner types including co-sellers, resellers, services partners, and technology partners.
