Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line support to a global employee and client base. This role involves supporting system access and user account issues, delivering excellent customer service across multiple regions, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide internal Help Desk support via phone and chat to a global employee and client base.
  • Handle inquiries related to application access, user ID management, and password support.
  • Track, document, and report system access requests and unresolved issues accurately.
  • Resolve issues independently using Help Desk standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal knowledge base (KB's).
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in tools, processes, and operational procedures.


Working Model & Hours

  • Hybrid work model: 3 days per week from the office in Gdańsk.
  • Working hours scheduled between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Working Saturdays and public holidays based on a rotational schedule.

Education & Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Polish and Italian; good command of English is required.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
     

Minimum Salary:

zł68,004 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
