About Team:
Our team is part of Walmart International Ads Team working with Walmart Connect Business across international businesses in Mexico, Canada, Chile and Central America.
As a part of Walmart Connect, you'll build industry defining omni-channel Ad Products at scale that enables Walmart suppliers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high performing campaigns while helping shoppers discover products to enhance their shopping journey.
What you'll do:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy for AdTech products specifically for Display Ad Products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Define the roadmap for product development, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Be oriented towards building products which can help Walmart Connect business to scale across geographies
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, Advertising business to define product requirements and ensure smooth product launches. Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure product requirements are clear, well-defined, and actionable. Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to iterate and improve products.
Product Development:
Lead product discovery sessions, gathering requirements and user feedback to define user stories and product specifications. Manage the product backlog and work with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of product features. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Performance & Optimization:
Analyze product performance using data-driven insights and KPIs for advertisers to drive continuous improvement in our advertising strategies Work with data science and analytics teams to monitor product performance, identify issues, and optimize product features to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features. Develop product messaging and positioning to communicate value propositions to customers and internal teams. Support sales enablement through product training and content creation.
What you'll bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AdTech would be preferable Proven experience managing products throughout their lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization. Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, including programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), data management platforms (DMPs), and ad exchanges. Familiarity with ad fraud detection, brand safety, and attribution models. Knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystems, including RTB (real-time bidding), header bidding, and viewability measurement. Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with ad metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and industry benchmarks (e.g., CPC, CPM, CPA). Technical acumen and familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and integration of ad tech solutions.
