What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is shaping Zero Trust strategies across multiple federal clients. Our efforts look holistically at the impacts of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) spanning the Zero Trust pillars, as well as cultural, programmatic, and technical areas. We are currently seeking a Zero Trust Consultant to lead and assist customers in the cultivation and development of ZTA strategy. The Consultant will be responsible for assessing our customers current ZTA posture, establishing roadmaps, and collaborating with vendors and technical teams (as needed) to understand risks and issues. Specific duties include:

  • Develop ZTA documentation including strategy development, roadmaps, presentations, and technical/non-technical documentation
  • Work with key stakeholders to manage, track, report, and drive ZTA adoption
  • Work with key stakeholders to anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risk using best practice program management tools and methodology
  • Provide continuous improvement recommendations and risk mitigations for future ZTA implementation
  • Demonstrated communications skills with all levels of management


What You Will Need:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • THREE (3) or more years of experience related to Zero Trust or Identity Management or Data Security or Network Security and/or Cybersecurity


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Expertise in Zero Trust Architecture or business analyst experience with one or more of the following tools: SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust, Azure, AWS, and other Zero Trust enabling technology and cloud providers
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and information system technologies
  • Experience as a business analyst, developing security documentation for federal organizations and conducting online research techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A self-starter with the ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
