Compliance -Assistant Manager with a strong understanding of HR labour laws and statutory requirements.

Compliance and excellent PowerPoint presentation skills. This role is ideal for someone who can ensure regulatory compliance while effectively communicating insights and updates to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all applicable labour laws and HR statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
  • Maintain and update compliance trackers, registers, and documentation as per audit and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews, audits, and management reporting.
  • Assist in internal audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
  • Stay updated on changes in labour laws and HR compliance regulations and communicate implications to relevant teams.
  • Support the HR and Legal teams in drafting policies and SOPs related to compliance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR compliance, labour law, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create impactful presentations.
  • Gather data from multiple sources across the organization, Organize and store data in structured databases.
  • Transform raw data into standardized formats
  • Create master datasets for reporting purposes
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and patterns
  • Produce actionable insights from complex datasets
  • Compare current performance against historical data
  • Identify outliers and investigate unusual data points
  • Conduct basic statistical analysis to support decision-making
  • Create regular operational and management reports
  • Design clear, informative dashboards for key metrics
  • Customize reports to meet specific department needs
  • Present data in visual formats (charts, graphs) for easier understanding
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a corporate or real estate environment.
  • Familiarity with compliance management tools or HRMS platforms.
