The Role: 

• NMB (2days on,2days off) night shift operator. 

• Work 12 hours and rest 2 hours, actual working hours are 10 hours 

• To meet NMB/Solaris production ramp up requirement. 

• Arrange Day shift at least 1 month to get required skills before change to night shift. 

In this role you will: 

• Machine operations and various manual production tasks. 

• Solaris assembly station, NMB extrusion station, cutting station, bonding station, as well as related testing and packaging processes. 

• Finished goods visual inspection. 

• Perform various inspections and maintain records in accordance with operating standards. 

• Cooperate with colleagues and support each other during the shift. 

• Cooperate and complete the tasks and accountability items assigned by the supervisor. 

Traits we believe make a strong candidate: 

• Requires standing for long periods. 

• Solaris station: work in a cleanroom environment (cleanroom garments, masks, and gloves are required). 

• NMB station: able to work in an environment with higher temperatures and flying fibers. 

• Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure. 

• Proactive, hardworking, and highly willing to learn. 

• Basic computer operation and typing skills. 

• Willing to work overtime according to production capacity needs.
