Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our NSW Trade Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing strong customer relationships, and optimizing profitability across a diverse regional territory. Your area of focus will span the western region of NSW, covering key locations such as Blacktown, Parramatta, Penrith, Castle Hill, and extending beyond the Blue Mountains and Dividing Ranges to include rural hubs like Mudgee, Dubbo, Orange, and Parkes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a broad and varied market.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Manage and grow customer relationships with Electrical Wholesalers and Contractors, including responsibility for supporting the project pipeline.
Deliver 3 – 5 customer visits per day, executing a structured call plan to ensure effective territory coverage and accurate CRM reporting to drive pipeline visibility and sales outcomes.
Achieve individual and state sales targets through effective territory planning and account management. • Understand market segmentation to maximise cross-brand opportunities and increase share of wallet.
Provide tailored Lighting and Connected solutions aligned to customer and end-user needs.
Attend customer and industry events to promote the Signify brand and strengthen market presence. • Build strong internal partnerships to ensure seamless customer delivery and commercial success.
