‘Where you will drive value:’

The People & Operations Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative and clerical support to the Plant Manager and the department. The role ensures efficient office operations while maintaining confidentiality, supporting reporting activities, coordinating logistics, and assisting with health & safety and human resources administrative tasks.

  • Provides support to the Plant Director and his team while maintaining the confidentiality required by the role;

  • Prepares various reports, communications, correspondence, memos, notices, and presentations as needed;

  • Coordinates, plans, and makes reservations for meetings and activities for any plant visitors.

  • Prepares weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, and communicates them as required;

  • Manages the HC filing system and supports the team during ethical audits;

  • Responsible for compiling OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) training records in employee files;

  • Follows up on and manages disability and CNESST (WSIB) files in collaboration with the Human Capital Business Partner (medical notes follow-up, salary advance reimbursement tracking, etc.);

  • Manages and maintains the office supplies inventory and indirect purchases related to the plant.

  • Managing the coordination of weekly employee cheese orders.

  • Performs other related duties as required.

‘What will enable you to have an impact:’ 

  • Postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in a similar administrative role required.
