Their core services include: development, project management, advisory services and acquisitions.
They are looking to add a Controller to their team. The Controller position requires frequent and proactive interaction and effective communication with various internal clients, including accounting and finance personnel, property management team, asset management, construction
and development project personnel.
Additionally, the role may include interaction with external clients such as banking representatives, public accounting firm representatives, vendors, building owners, and other stakeholders associated with accounting duties for the organization. This position reports to the Vice President of
Company Finance & Treasurer.
