Key Responsibilities
- PR Support
- Manage the inbound and outbound PR samples and returns
- Assist with celebrity and influencer seeding activities
- Update and manage lookbooks
- Support content shooting
- Event Support
- Assist in the operation of online/offline brand events
- Reporting Support
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and assist with report preparation
- Sales/Expense Management
- Oversee the monthly expense processing and management for the marketing team
- Marketing Team Support
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the marketing team
- Coordinate cross-functional communication when needed
- Manage global marketing assets for the seasonal communication
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a fashion industry, agency, marketing, or PR is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, and SAP
- Strong interest in the fashion industry with a meticulous and eager-to-learn attitude
- Basic business English (ability to read and write emails in English)
