Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize core banking solutions using Avaloq.
• Develop and maintain efficient configuration and release management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and release issues.
• Create and customize reports and interfaces between Avaloq and other banking systems.
• Continuously improve development and deployment workflows.

Critical Success Factors

• Avaloq Core Certified Professional (ACCP) is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and PL/SQL (preferably Oracle)
• Mandarin language skills are an advantage (engagement with clients in Taiwan and China)

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong track record in IT systems development, configuration, or support.
• Proven experience in team leadership and coaching.
• Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Design & Build Enablement preferred.
