Job Summary
• This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing supply chain processes, and contributing to the overall success and growth across a large business group or region(s). The role supervises and leads a team of operations professionals (managers and senior individual contributors) providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. The role plays a critical role in shaping the company's supply chain strategy, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities
• Leads a team of managers and senior individual contributors for business operations function by setting overall program objectives and ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Manages planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company's demand/supply management and business process initiatives across a large business group or region(s).
• Actively partners with internal and external stakeholders and/or suppliers on a regular basis, and manages 3rd party relationships.
• Drives multi-year strategies and initiatives at the regional/global/business group level by exercising governance oversight in one or more areas (e.g., key policy decisions, resolution of high impact issues, and new product introduction).
• Monitors, diagnoses, and drives resolution for any operational issues.
• Identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes across a large business group or region(s), thereby increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Directs the creation of reports and analysis to inform business plans and gauge performance against set goals.
• Manages the allocation of resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, to ensure optimal operational performance.
• Holds responsibility for talent management and succession planning, ensuring that the appropriate tools and processes are in place to support the team.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
