Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) Specialist to join the F-15 IP&S team in Berkeley, MO reporting to the F-15 IP&S manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards

  • Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans

  • Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case

  • Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance

  • Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 1+ years of experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations

  • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis

  • Experience using Open Plan Professional

  • Experience using Milestone Professional

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. 

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary Pay Range: $56,950 - $77,050
