📝 Role overview:

  • As a Project Manager on our Sales Enablement team, you’ll serve as a motivated and inspiring leader while focusing primarily on tools and processes.
  • Your ultimate goal is to support projects, tooling and operational processes that improve efficiency and automation for sales reps’ day to day job functions.
  • You’ll apply sound business judgment, use your premier strategy & operations chops, use data-driven insights to deliver strategic plans, and use your skills to directly and indirectly influence partners in order to make things happen.
  • Project Managers provide the structure and support the overall vision for assigned projects and work streams.

🚀 You’ll spend time on the following:

  • Provide insights, tools, and project management support to achieve actionable and efficient strategic results.

  • Visualize and integrate solutions within existing or new toolsets, while considering technical constraints and priorities.

  • Drive the project approach, deliverables, schedule, and tools to meet project goals within set constraints.

  • Oversee project tasks by scheduling and facilitating team meetings (e.g., kick-offs, milestone check-ins, planning).

  • Provide weekly status reports and update the team on action steps.

  • Handle interactions with vendors or third parties as needed.

  • Track project risks and scope changes, proactively addressing potential issues.

  • Identify and implement solutions agreed upon by the project team.

  • Follow internal processes and adjust team resources based on project changes.

  • Address day-to-day project questions and issues, and escalate when necessary.

  • Ensure key deliverables are relevant, strategic, high-quality, and timely.

  • Coordinate during overlap hours between North America and Europe.
     

✏️ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred degree in business.

  • 3+ years of project management experience required; heavy emphasis on digital project management is preferred. Lean Six Sigma experience or PMP certification is a strong plus.

  • Sales operations experience is highly preferred.

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2), both written and verbal.

  • Expert in Excel, MS Project, MS Office, or Google Workspace alternatives.

  • Experienced with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana) and software tracking management (e.g., Confluence, Jira).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with project coordinators, leads, and/or managers simultaneously.

  • Skilled in solving complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience; adept at creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

  • We work in a hybrid model - 2 day per week in the office, 3 days remotely.
