Primary Objective of Position:  

Responsible for planning, organizing, addressing and managing all the activities of China Vaccines Business Unit

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Vaccines BU’s full P&L
• Responsible for Vaccines Portfolio/Pipeline Strategy  
• Identifies and recommends the short, medium and long-term business strategies
• Prepares and be accountable for BU’s plans and budgets
• Leads and organizes business and team resources
• Identifies and develops business opportunities
• Member of China Pharmaceutical Leadership Team, China Portfolio Board, Pricing and Market Access committee

Key Behavioural Competencies Required:

• Extensive commercial experience in marketing and sales
• Experience in leading large team, experience in multicultural and complex market
• Significant product launch experience
• Language skills (English and Mandarin)

Experience / Knowledge / Technical Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, Science or Medicine
• MBA is preferred with specialisation in General Management, finance or marketing
