Overview

This role is for experienced professionals in Project Reporting or Controls with 6–12 years of relevant experience in project management within a construction background, along with expertise in Power BI dashboard creation and reporting. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by HR, and interview invites will be shared for the upcoming in-person scheduled drive in the first week of February.

Your role

• Develop and maintain project control systems for cost, schedule, and resource management.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for project optimization.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to support project performance reviews.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
• Implement best practices in project controls aligned with construction industry standards.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project controls within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Power Apps., MS SharePoint and MS Power Automate).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects.
• Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and risk management methodologies.
• Familiarity with automation tools for reporting and analytics.
