Job Description Summary

As the Logistics Operations Excellence Leader, you will drive end‑to‑end logistics excellence and lead a multi‑year transformation to improve service reliability, cost efficiency, resilience, and sustainability. You will develop new standards and processes that help the logistics organization adapt, innovate, and operate effectively in a fast‑changing environment.
The role focuses on strengthening operational performance, enabling cultural change, and advancing digital innovation to support sustainable growth and strong supply chain partnerships. This position reports to the Global Logistics Director (UK) and requires approximately 40% travel to sites and suppliers. The role is based in Eindhoven with a hybrid working model.

Job Description

Essential Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a strategic transformation roadmap aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Develop tools, processes, and capabilities for network design, 3PL strategy, and sustainability programs, ensuring effective tracking of results.
  • Lead and inspire cross‑functional stakeholders to drive organizational change, innovation, and cultural transformation.
  • Build and manage a central team of logistics specialists dedicated to radio‑pharma operations.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, optimizing processes, ensuring GDP compliance, and enabling data-driven improvements.
  • Oversee digital transformation initiatives and promote a culture of innovation and continuous experimentation.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and provide transparent communication on progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.

Principal Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering; MBA a plus;
  • Considerable experience in logistics or supply chain, including a leadership role in a large company or logistics service providor;
  • Experience with transformation leadership and change management in operations;
  • Logistics expertise across warehousing, transportation, and compliance in a regulated (GDP) environment;
  • Lean or Six Sigma (Green- or Black Belt preferred);
  • Financial acumen and executive communication, flluent Dutch and English.
