Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Lead Actimize Developer with expertise in Actimize Case Management, security, and system integration to drive the development, customization, and deployment of enterprise fraud detection and compliance solutions. This role involves leading development teams, designing robust workflows, and implementing effective integrations supporting financial services in regulated environments. Your technical leadership will ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that support critical operational functions and regulatory requirements.


Software Requirements

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Actimize suite, including ActOne, Case Management, and FinCEN SAR Module (version 16.1+ preferred)

  • Strong expertise in eRCM development: alert types, workflows, user/group/role management, and Enterprise Rules and Components

  • Extensive experience with Actimize Plugin development, scheduler, and system tools

  • Deep understanding of Actimize database schemas and data structures

  • Proven experience configuring, customizing, and debugging Actimize case management and security features

  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments supporting Actimize deployments

  • Experience in designing and implementing secure, high-performance solutions supporting compliance standards (e.g., AML, AML)


Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Actimize deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Knowledge of API development and system integrations supporting real-time and batch processes

  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and web application frameworks (Angular, TypeScript) for case management interfaces

  • Experience with regulatory compliance standards common in financial services


Overall Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise case management workflows and alert generation in Actimize

  • Customize and maintain case types, workflows, SLA configurations, and security entitlements according to business and regulatory standards

  • Develop and optimize Actimize rule solutions, reporting, and data feeds supporting compliance and operational needs

  • Support System integrations with external data providers, APIs, and legacy systems for seamless processing

  • Conduct detailed configuration and debugging of system issues, ensuring minimal disruption and high reliability

  • Lead development teams, enforce code quality, and promote best practices in solution design and implementation

  • Support platform upgrades, security hardening, and migration efforts supporting compliance and efficiency

  • Document configurations, workflows, security settings, and technical solutions for operational and audit purposes

  • Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and system performance enhancements

  • Provide technical mentorship, reviews, and leadership for team members and project deliverables

  • Proven success leading solutions that meet high standards of security, performance, and regulatory compliance

  • Experience in security configuration, entitlements, and audit trail management

  • Background supporting malware detection, AML, fraud, or compliance workflows in financial services


Day-to-Day Activities

  • Design and customize case workflows, alert types, and entitlement models in Actimize

  • Support system integration tasks for data feeds and external systems

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks

  • Conduct configuration reviews, optimize rule performance, and support rule development

  • Lead configuration changes, platform upgrades, and deployment activities

  • Document workflow designs, security settings, and configuration changes

  • Support incident management, root cause analysis, and compliance audits

  • Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders to improve operational and regulatory compliance workflows

  • Drive automation initiatives to optimize alerts, case handling, and system performance


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related support field

  • 5+ years of experience with Actimize Case Management, AML, or Fraud detection in enterprise financial environments

  • Actimize certifications (preferred) such as Actimize Certified Professional or equivalent

  • Prior experience supporting platform upgrades and integrations in financial compliance domains
