Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, utilizing expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Communicate project status and technical findings effectively to stakeholders, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics products such as Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX, or Dynamics NAV. - Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
