Overseeing customer orders in the ERP system and determining the delivery dates (technical clarification, commercial clarification, trade compliance & export control checks and reviews, delivery dates checks, etc.).
Controlling order-related compliance of the delivery dates and quantities, in cooperation with outbound warehouse.
Planning the design of logistics and transport details with the customer.
Sampling and double checking all documents necessary to initiate delivery, if necessary clarify issues with customs authorities or transportation agencies.
