As a Data & AI Senior Manager, specializing in GenAI, you will play a critical role in guiding organizations in their data and AI journey, leveraging the transformative value of GenAI to drive innovation.  

People

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between go-to-market initiatives and business objectives.  

• Lead and manage teams of experts, including data scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and other AI professionals, both internally and externally. 

• Serve as a mentor for junior team members, providing career guidance and fostering professional growth. 

• Partner with key stakeholders to demonstrate the value of GenAI, ensuring solutions are aligned with their business objectives.  

• Leverage your sales experience to drive business development and client engagement, ensuring the successful adoption of AI solutions. 

Processes

• Lead GenAI projects from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes and alignment with client needs. 

• Build and maintain client relationship, acting as a trusted advisor to drive adoption and success with AI initiatives.  

Technology and Data  

• Collaborate with practice leadership on setting the vision, strategy and direction of GenAI.  

• Utilize your expertise in data & AI technologies to deliver measurable outcomes, driving innovation and creating meaningful business impact. 

• Ensure the implementation of responsible AI practices, including ethical considerations, fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI solutions.

Here’s what you’ll need 

• Master’s degree (WO) in a relevant field (business, economics, econometrics, Computer Science, Data Science) 

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) 

• 8+ years of experience in consulting or leadership roles, with a strong focus on AI-driven solutions 

• Strong knowledge of GenAI applications  

• Thorough and in-depth understanding of the technical fundamentals behind (Generative) AI technologies 

• You have a clear vision on Data & AI, what direction the capability will move towards and are able to share this vision to both your colleagues and our clients 

• Experience in one or more of the following areas (or comparable): 

• Experience implementing (Gen)AI implementations  

• Experience developing and deploying scalable (Gen)AI solutions 

• Previous experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on driving growth and innovation 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders 

• Proven track record in business development and sales
