Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain sales data in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Monitor order holds, including credit, compliance, and logistics-related issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to support forecasting and performance tracking.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Support territory alignment, quota setting, and incentive compensation processes.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new sales team members on tools and processes.
• Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills – English proficiency required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
