What you will do 

The Sprinkler Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the fire domain service business in coordination with the other service support team members, This position will support the Livermore, CA office.

How you will do it  

  • Run a weekly Open Call Report for the sprinkler department.

  • Bill completed service SRs for local accounts.

  • Ordering materials, answer inbound calls.

  • Filing of Service Slips and Inspection Reports. Help reassign work as needed, making judgements based on workloads and priorities.

  • Creation and Assigning of Service SRs as needed.

  • Other duties as directed by the Total Service Manager.

  • Professionally field customer complaints and attempt to resolve, involving supervisor when necessary.  

  • Validate and perform invoicing transactions for inspection calls in Oracle based computer systems daily. Utilize extensive administrative, business and process knowledge in a variety of areas to support one or more departments.

What we look for 

Required 

  • High School diploma or equivalent certification required.

  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications. 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding, he/she from receiving the vaccine.

Preferred 

  • Previous billing experience.

  • Experience in Fire and Security or other major industries a plus.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Excellent inter-personal skills and customer service skills.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $24-28 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
