Job Summary

At Goosehead, we thrive when our people thrive. We’re currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of key product initiatives across our platform. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the product roadmap, partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about building products that solve real business problems.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and customer needs
• Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features
• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on data, user feedback, and market insights
• Define success metrics and track product performance, using data to inform decisions and iterate on features
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product adoption and go-to-market execution
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities for innovation
• Drive process improvements and contribute to product management best practices

Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver scalable products
• Background in fintech, insurance, or related industries is a plus
