Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to effectively support clients and projects, ensuring that all software solutions meet the required standards and specifications. Roles & Responsibilities: -As a scrum master, you manage and maintain a clean backlog and current state of the team’s work items. -You initiate all meetings necessary for sprint planning, status tracking and sharing. -You ensure the team’s work items are well-organized, clear, and in a maintained state. -You plan the work items together with the team in sprints. -You support the team in removing impediments. -You create a clear overview of dependencies and open tasks for the planned and upcoming features, and you make sure that the complete team is always aware of the expectations and upcoming tasks. -You facilitate in stakeholder communication between the DevTeam needs and interests and required information to work -You act as an escalation step alongside the DevTeam Lead to work on resolving debugging blockers with the Problem Resolution Manager -You work alongside the Onsite PO to provide all required documentation and reports for all Quality Management (internal + external) findings -You participate and consolidate all PI Ceremonies relevant for the Development Team inclusing the RTE syncs -You ensure the relevant HW and SW support internally and externally is available for Development and Requirement Team -Support Onsite PO in forecasting Team capacity. Professional & Technical Skills: -Practical experience as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner -Agile and Scrum knowledge -Safe / Scrum Certification -Strong understanding of SAFe -Familiarity with Jira and Confluence - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management, - -Good to have Skills: Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) knowledge -High ability to work autonomously -Organizational and time management and facilitation skills -Communication proficiency in English, both oral and in writing -Assertiveness (internally and externally) -Keeping a calm head in stress situations and only funneling relevant information to team -Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. - Experience in project planning and resource allocation. -Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively. - Familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Trello for project tracking. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
