• Assist in the creation and implementation of communication strategies that align with company goals. 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate and execute communication projects. 

• Create engaging, impactful content for key initiatives that have tangible impacts for customers and employees 

• Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights to inform communication strategies. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. 

• Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and provide recommendations for improvement. 

• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing communication initiatives and outcomes. 

• Prepare and format contact lists for communication, utilizing intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
