About the department

BSP/Alcentra manages credit strategies for institutional, high-net-worth, and retail clients. Since 2008, the team has delivered strong, risk-adjusted returns through private debt, liquid loans, high yield, and real estate credit. Their approach combines deep research, rigorous credit analysis, and active portfolio management.

How you will add value

Core responsibilities

  • You will analyze business processes and gather project requirements.

  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address pain points.

  • You will maintain and optimize dashboards and data workflows.

  • You will build reports using strong data modeling and DAX/LOD.

  • You will write SQL queries and manage database objects.

  • You will support automation using Alteryx, SQL, or Python.

  • You will execute QA/UAT testing and track fixes.

  • You will share weekly progress updates with stakeholders.

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 2–4 years in business analysis or BI roles.

  • Strong SQL skills for analysis and reconciliation.

  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau, including DAX/LOD.

  • Basic ETL with Alteryx or Python (workflow design, reconciliation).

  • QA/UAT testing and data quality checks.

  • Exposure to finance or credit domains.

Work schedule & location

Hybrid work: Poznan office, in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
